Basic guidelines for using
STARGLOW
Powders
-
More powder /
mix ration will produce brighter, longer glow.
-
Use a white, or a light
colour as the background for the best results. Any colour other than
white may diminish the glow.
-
Use the clearest medium
possible. Any pigment in the medium will decrease the brightness and
duration of the glow.
-
Generally speaking,
the
thicker the layer of Glow Powder, the longer and brighter the afterglow.
-
Do not use mediums with
a high acidity.
-
Do not grind the Glow
Powder, it will destroy the crystal structure and therefore decrease
luminosity.
-
The larger the particle
size of the Glow Powder the greater the glow.
-
Ratio of Glow Powder to
medium is from 10 to 40% by weight depending on application and
manufacture process.
These are just
guidelines and the user should use their best judgement in working with the
pigments.
Coverage
One kilogram of STARGLOW Powder can
cover an area roughly 3.3 square meters or 12 square feet with a film 150
um thick.
